Is ChefMaison free to join?

Yes. Creating your chef profile and joining ChefMaison is completely free — there are no joining fees, no subscriptions, and no hidden costs.

When we actually charge you

We only charge commission, and only on confirmed bookings. If a request doesn't turn into a booking, you're never charged anything for it.

No cost to simply be on the platform, even while you wait for your first lead

It costs you nothing to stay on ChefMaison — even if it takes some time before you receive your first request. Whether you get a lead tomorrow or in a few months where we dont have presence yet, there's no fee just for having a profile and waiting.
If you're not seeing requests yet, or wondering whether there's demand in your specific city, that's completely understandable — but it doesn't cost you anything to keep your profile active and ready. There's never a reason to worry about "wasting money" by being on ChefMaison while waiting for the right lead to come in — the only moment money ever changes hands is once a booking is actually confirmed.
