How to login?

How to log in to ChefMaison (web version recommended)

To ensure you can access your account correctly, we recommend using the web browser (not the app) for now, as the app is currently undergoing improvements and may contain bugs. 👉 Open your browser (Chrome or Safari) and go to the ChefMaison website.

Important before logging in

If you are already logged in, please make sure to log out first:

Go to your Dashboard or Inbox
Click on “Log out”

This ensures there are no conflicts between accounts.

Login options

You can log in in three ways:

Login with Email
Login with Google
Login with Apple 👉 Important: Please remember the method you used when you first created your account. When logging in again, you must use the same login method (Email, Google, or Apple) that you originally registered with. If you try a different method, the system may create or open a different account, and your data (messages, bookings, and history) will not appear.

Finding a chef on ChefMaison is simple and designed to help you discover the right chef for your event. You can browse our chefs, explore menu ideas, and choose the chef that fits your needs.

Browse chefs

Start in our Home, by typing the name of your city.

A list of available chefs in that location will appear, along with some of their menu ideas and specialties. Select the chef you like best, and start chatting with them!

Don’t know which chef to choose?

No problem! ChefMaison can choose the right chef for you. Simply fill out the request form with a few details about your event, and we’ll match you with suitable chefs.

Create a request by providing details about your event, such as:

Before the event

You may still be able to request small adjustments depending on the chef’s availability and preparation status.

On the event day

The chef will arrive at the agreed location and provide the service described in the proposal. This process helps ensure a smooth, personalized, and well-organized experience for both guests and chefs.

When creating your request, mention any dietary restrictions or preferences. At the end of the request form, there is a text field where you can briefly explain your needs.

Discuss details with the chef

How do I know the chef is available?

ChefMaison is a marketplace, which means chefs are independent and their availability can vary. Here’s how availability works:

1. Submit your request

When you submit a request, you provide details such as date, location, number of guests, and event type.

2. Chefs review your request

Chefs in your area will check their schedules and decide if they can accommodate your event.

3. Receive proposals

Only chefs who are available for your requested date(s) will send you a proposal. This ensures that any chef you see in your proposals can actually serve your event.

4. Direct communication

You can chat with the chef to confirm details and discuss timing before accepting the proposal.

5. Check the chef’s calendar

Chefs usually block the dates they are not available in their profile calendar. You can enter in their profile to check it out.

Dates that are unavailable appear faded or lighter.
Dates that are available appear in darker/black color. This visual guide helps you immediately see which dates are possible when requesting a quote directly from a chef. 💡 Important: Because chefs need time to review requests and respond, same-day bookings are not possible. For best results, submit your request at least 1–2 weeks in advance for private dinners and several weeks to months for larger events. This process
