How to login?
How to log in to ChefMaison (web version recommended)
To ensure you can access your account correctly, we recommend using the web browser (not the app) for now, as the app is currently undergoing improvements and may contain bugs.
👉 Open your browser (Chrome or Safari) and go to the ChefMaison website.
Important before logging in
If you are already logged in, please make sure to log out first:
- Go to your Dashboard or Inbox

- Click on “Log out”

This ensures there are no conflicts between accounts.
Login options
You can log in in three ways:
- Login with Email
- Login with Google
- Login with Apple
👉 Important: Please remember the method you used when you first created your account.
When logging in again, you must use the same login method (Email, Google, or Apple) that you originally registered with.
If you try a different method, the system may create or open a different account, and your data (messages, bookings, and history) will not appear.
How to log in with email (step-by-step)
1- Enter the same email address you used when registering
2- Click on “Login with email”

3- Wait a few seconds to receive a verification code by email

4- Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed) to find your verification code (Always use the latest code received, especially if you requested it multiple times)
5- Copy the code and paste it into the login fields

6- The system will automatically log you in
Important note
Please make sure you log in with the same account you originally registered with.
If you use a different email address, your data (messages, bookings, and history) will not appear.
If you are using the app
If you are currently using the app, we strongly recommend switching to the web version, as the app is still being updated and may not work properly in some cases.
