How do I upload photos and videos to my profile?

Your photos and videos are one of the most important parts of your ChefMaison profile. High-quality media helps guests understand your style, showcases your culinary skills, and can significantly increase your chances of receiving bookings.

Uploading photos

You can upload photos directly from your ChefMaison profile at any time.

Go to You > Account >Photos and Videos

We recommend including a variety of images, such as:

  • Your signature dishes
  • Plated meals
  • You cooking or interacting with guests
  • Table settings and dining experiences
  • Professional headshots

Tips for great photos

  • Use real, high-quality images.
  • Make sure your photos are well-lit and in focus.
  • Showcase your own work.
  • Avoid heavily edited or AI-generated images.
  • Include both close-up food shots and wider lifestyle photos.
  • Don't include any type of contact like your business name, social media, and telephones

Uploading videos

You can also upload videos to give guests a better impression of your personality and cooking style.

Video requirements

  • Maximum file size: 100 MB per video
  • Recommended format: MP4
  • Recommended resolution: 720p–1080p
  • Recommended length: 15–60 seconds
  • Orientation: Portrait or landscape (landscape is recommended, but both are supported)
  • Audio: Guests will hear the audio when playing your video

Please upload each video as an individual file (do not upload ZIP files).

What should I show in my videos?

Great videos help guests connect with you before they book. Consider showing:

  • Yourself introducing who you are
  • Your cooking process
  • Plating dishes
  • Finished creations
  • Your kitchen or work environment
  • A private dining experience (with guests' permission)

The goal isn't to create a professional commercial—an authentic, well-lit video that reflects your personality and cuisine is often the most effective.

Tip: Profiles with high-quality photos and engaging videos tend to attract more attention and help guests feel more confident when choosing a chef.
