How can I delete a chat conversation?

There isn't a way to permanently delete a conversation, but you can close it or archive it — here's how each works.

To close a conversation (mark it as unavailable)

1. Open the chat.
2. Tap the 3 dots (⋯) in the top right corner.
3. Select "Mark not available."

This closes the request — the client won't be able to book you on it.

To archive a conversation (without closing or deleting it)

If you'd just like to tidy up your inbox without closing the request itself:

1. Go to Messages.
2. Find the conversation you want to archive.
3. Swipe the conversation to the left — this will show two options, Pin or Archive.
4. Tap Archive.

Where to find archived conversations

To find a conversation you've archived, go to Messages → Archived.

If you want to unarchived, you can swipe the conversation to the left, and select: Restore
