How do I close or withdraw a proposal I'm no longer interested in?

If you're no longer interested in moving forward with a specific chef or proposal, you can close it yourself at any time.

How to close a request

If you are using a computer/laptop:

1. Login with your email into ChefMaison
2. Click in My requests
3. Click in the button: Not interested anymore

If you are using your phone:

1. Open the chat with the chef.
2. Tap the 3 dots (⋯) in the top right corner.
3. Select "I'm not available" or "Cancel request."

This closes the conversation right away, so both you and the chef know it's no longer moving forward.

You don't need a reason

Whether your plans changed, you found a different chef, or it simply wasn't the right fit, you're free to close a request at any time before payment — there's no obligation once you've requested a quote.
