How do I accept a proposal?

Once you receive a proposal from a chef, you can review all the details directly on the platform.

To accept a proposal:

1. Open the proposal in your ChefMaison account
2. Click in: View quote & confirm
3. Review the menu, pricing, guest count, and service details
4. Click the Pay button
5. Choose if you like the cancellation insurance
6. Complete the payment process to confirm your booking

Important

A proposal is only fully confirmed after payment is completed.

Until payment is made:

• The chef may still receive other requests
• Availability is not guaranteed
• Changes can still be discussed

Once payment is successfully completed, your booking becomes confirmed and both you and the chef will receive a confirmation.
