How can I use a discount voucher / gift card?

Got a promo code or a gift card? Here's exactly how to use it when booking your private chef experience.

How it works

1. Submit a request for your private chef experience on our website, including your preferred date, location, number of guests, and any cuisine preferences.
2. Once you receive your recommended chefs, chat with them, discuss the menu, and choose your favorite chef.
3. When you're ready to book, proceed to checkout.

At checkout: applying your code

1. Choose Pay in full or Pay in installments.
2. Choose whether you'd like to add booking protection.
3. Click Book.
4. You'll then see a field near the payment section — just above the currency selector, there's an "Add code" option.
5. Tap it, and a new window will open where you can enter your code.
6. After typing your code, tap Apply.
7. Check that everything looks correct, then tap Close, and proceed with your payment.

The value of your gift card or voucher will be automatically deducted from the total.

Important: if your order total is less than your voucher value

If the total value of your booking is lower than your voucher's value, please contact us before completing checkout.
In this situation, your reservation may not be confirmed or recognized as paid if processed as normal — so reaching out to us first helps us make sure everything goes through correctly.

Please note: a known technical issue on mobile

Due to a technical issue, voucher codes may not work properly on mobile devices. If you run into trouble applying your code, please use a computer or laptop instead.

💡 If your code isn't being accepted, or your booking total is smaller than your voucher, contact us at operations@chefmaison.com before completing your payment — we're happy to help make sure your voucher is applied correctly.
