# What happens after I accept a proposal?

After you accept a proposal and complete the payment, your booking becomes officially confirmed.
## What happens next
### Booking confirmation
Both you and the chef will receive confirmation that the booking has been secured.
### Continued communication
You can continue chatting with the chef to finalize details such as:
* Dietary requirements
* Timing adjustments
* Final guest count
* Special requests
### Event preparation
The chef will begin organizing:
* Ingredient sourcing
* Menu preparation
* Scheduling and logistics
## Before the event
You may still be able to request small adjustments depending on the chef’s availability and preparation status.
## On the event day
The chef will arrive at the agreed location and provide the service described in the proposal.
