## How to find the right cuisine for your event
You can filter chefs by cuisine when browsing, or simply mention what you're looking for when you request a quote. In fact, when you fill out the [general request form](https://chefmaison.com/en-us/quotes), you'll see a specific question for this: **"Do you have preferred cuisines for this event?"** — this helps us match you with chefs who specialize in exactly what you're looking for.

> 💡 Don't see your favorite cuisine listed here? At the end of the request form, there's an open text field where you can write in any specific preference — and many chefs are flexible and happy to discuss a specific style or dish, so it's always worth asking directly in the chat too.
