# How do I upload photos and videos to my profile?

Your photos and videos are one of the most important parts of your ChefMaison profile. High-quality media helps guests understand your style, showcases your culinary skills, and can significantly increase your chances of receiving bookings.
## Uploading photos
You can upload photos directly from your ChefMaison profile at any time.

Go to You > Account >Photos and Videos

Click on **Photos** to automatically open your phone's gallery.
1. Select the photo(s) you would like to upload. You can select multiple photos at once.
2. Once you've selected all your photos, click the **check mark ✓** to confirm.

Wait a moment while your photos are uploaded.Once the upload is complete, your new photos will be automatically updated and visible on your ChefMaison profile.
|| The maximum of number of photos you can add is 20 photos.


We recommend including a variety of images, such as:
* Your signature dishes
* Plated meals
* You cooking or interacting with guests
* Table settings and dining experiences
* Professional headshots
**Tips for great photos**
* Use real, high-quality images.
* Make sure your photos are well-lit and in focus.
* Showcase your own work.
* Avoid heavily edited or AI-generated images.
* Include both close-up food shots and wider lifestyle photos.
* Don't include any type of contact like your business name, social media, and telephones
# How to organize the order of your photos?
You can easily change the order in which your photos appear on your ChefMaison profile.
## How to reorder your photos
1. Go to **You → Account → Photos and Videos**.
2. Find the photo you want to move.
3. Click the **up ↑ or down ↓ arrow** in the top-left corner of the photo.
4. The photo will move one position up or down.

Repeat the steps until your photos are in the order you prefer.
> 💡 **Tip:** We recommend placing your strongest and most appealing photos first, as they are the first images guests will see on your profile.

# How to delete a photo?
You can easily remove any photo from your ChefMaison profile directly from the **Photos and Videos** section.
## How to delete a photo
1. Go to **You → Account → Photos and Videos**.
2. Select the photo you want to delete.
3. Click directly on the photo or click on the pencil on the top right icon on the photo
4. Click the **trash bin 🗑️ icon** in the top-right corner.
5. Confirm that you want to delete the photo.

That's it! The photo will be permanently removed from your profile.
**No further action is required.**
# How to upload videos?
You can upload videos to your ChefMaison profile to give guests a better impression of your personality, cooking style, and culinary experience.
## Video requirements
Before uploading, make sure your video meets the following requirements:
* **Maximum file size:** 100 MB per video
* **Format:** MP4 recommended
* **Resolution:** 720p–1080p recommended
* **Length:** 15–60 seconds recommended
* **Orientation:** Portrait or landscape — both are supported, although landscape is recommended
* **Audio:** Supported — guests can hear the audio when they play your video
Please upload each video as an **individual file**. ZIP files are not supported.
## What should I show in my videos?
Your videos don't need to look like professional commercials. Authentic, well-lit videos that show your personality and cuisine can be very effective.
Consider showing:
👨‍🍳 **Yourself** — introduce who you are and your culinary background
🔪 **Your cooking process** — show your skills and techniques
🍽️ **Plating** — showcase how you present your dishes
✨ **Finished creations** — highlight your signature dishes
